Equipment Services
The Equipment Services Department helps other departments accomplish their missions by providing fleet maintenance, fueling, acquisition and auction services. The department reduces frequency of repairs through regular maintenance, and decreases the average cost of repairs through industry-leading quality of work.

Brennan Service Center 2500 Brennan Ave.
In operation since 1975, Brennan Service Center is focused on the Fire Department as its primary customer. Because of the complexity of maintenance of fire apparatus, three field service trucks are on 24-hour call to maintain equipment availability. Brennan Service Center also operates a body shop, which serves all departments citywide. Certifications: ASE Blue Seal of Excellence, EVT, CEM.
James Avenue Service Center 5021 James Ave.
Completed in 2005, the City of Fort Worth’s newest fleet maintenance facility offers heavy and light vehicle repairs, the center services a range of equipment. Certifications: ASE Blue Seal of Excellence, CEM.
Southside Service Center 4100 Columbus Trail
Opened in 1987, Southside Service Center handles a broad mix of vehicles from a variety of city departments ranging from forestry trucks to aviation equipment to fire apparatus. Certifications: EVT, CEM.
Tire Service Center 2950 W. Bolt St.
The Tire Service Center provides all city departments with needed tires, including many for specialized types of equipment. Certifications: TIA.
Water Service Center 2201 W. Daggett St.
The Water Service Center has served the Fort Worth Water Department since 1969. Focus is on medium and heavy duty trucks, backhoes, loaders, excavators, and small engine apparatus. A field technician is also stationed at the Village Creek Water Treatment plant. Certifications: ASE Blue Seal of Excellence, CEM.
