To protect your confidential account information, customers must use a browser that supports 128-bit security encryption. If you proceed without using a browser that supports 128-bit encryption, the security of your transaction is not guaranteed.

To determine the level of security for your current browser, please follow the two simple steps below.

Check Your Browser

Select "Help" on your browser’s menu bar, and click About "your browser". The cipher strength should indicate 128-bit.  If not, proceed to step 2.  If your browser is 128-bit compliant, you are ready to proceed with H2Oline transactions.

Download

Visit Netscape or Microsoft and download the current version of the browser on your computer. If you use a different browser, go to the browser home page and upgrade to a version that will support 128-bit encryption.  

Note: After downloading the current browser, you will need to restart your computer to activate the installation.
